On occasion, students will be given the opportunity to participate in field trips. On field trips, students may take a school bus, walk, or use some other means of transportation. I consent to my child being taken on field trips during the entirety of the 2026-2027 school year. If you acknowledge "yes" your student will have year long permission to attend all class trips. An electronic message will be sent to alert you of these trips as they happen throughout the year as a courtesy. If this trip includes extenuating circumstances, you will be asked to sign additional permission for your student. RFMA is not responsible for student injury sustained on an excursion or field trip.required

I understand that this will serve as the permission slip for all 2026-2027 school field trips, and that I will be alerted as a courtesy when field trips are upcoming. By typing my name below, I understand I am releasing Ricardo Flores Magon Academy and its employees, students, and affiliates of any liability that should stem from this field trip. This liability includes any accidents/injuries that may occur at the venue and or any accidents or injuries that may result from transporting your child to and from this event:required
