ENROLLMENT 2024-2025

Thank you for your interest in attending Ricardo Flores Magon Academy! New students can enroll to attend Ricardo Flores Magon Academy. RFMA does not make any distinction on account of disability, race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, language, religion, ancestry, need for special education services or any other protected class of any student who seeks admission.

Please fill out the following form to signify your intent to enroll:

Pre-Enrollment Form

The RFMA team will review the Pre-Enrollment Form and offer seats on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability in each of the classrooms. If a classroom is full, families will be assigned a formal waitlist number and requested to submit the items in the Enrollment Checklist below. Students will be placed according to their formal waitlist number as additional classroom seats become available.

Exemptions from the waitlist include:

• Returning students and family of students currently enrolled in a RFMA school.
• Dependents of RFMA founders and staff members, which will be limited to 10 percent of the enrollment of the school. 

Upon acceptance, families are required to provide the following information:

New Students (Enrollment Checklist)

• Student Birth Certificate (passport, state-issued ID, adoption record, baptismal record, an affidavit from a parent, a religious, hospital, or physician’s certificate showing date of birth)
• Health and Immunization Records
• Parent Identification
• Proof of Residence
• A copy of IEP or other SPED documents (If Applicable)
• Previous Behavior/Attendance School Records
• Transcript/Report Card from Previous School
